We want you—and your furry sidekicks—to love what you ordered. If something arrives damaged, missing, or just not right, we’ll make it right… across any dimension.
📦 Return & Claim Window
- Most items: Submit a claim within 30 days of delivery.
- Apparel items: Enjoy a 7-day, no-questions-asked return—as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging with tags.
✅ When You’re Eligible for a Refund or Replacement
We offer refunds, replacements, or store credit if:
- Your item arrived damaged (photos & packaging required).
- You received the wrong item (size, color, or product mismatch).
- Your product was lost or significantly delayed in transit.
- The item has quality issues that impact use or safety.
🛡️ We work with trusted fulfillment partners, but weather, customs, and other interdimensional hiccups may occur.
❌ When Refunds Are Not Available
- The wrong shipping address was provided at checkout.
- The item was refused upon delivery.
- The return is due to a “change of mind” (unless there's a quality issue or misrepresentation).
- Items were used by pets (we love them, but they’re...enthusiastic).
- The item was damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or normal use.
🚚 Delivery Guarantee
U.S. Orders:
If your order hasn’t arrived within our guaranteed shipping window or is confirmed lost, we’ll reship it or offer a full refund—valid within 30 days of shipping.
All Other Regions:
Contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days of shipment.
⚠️ During high-demand seasons, delivery times may extend—but we’ve got your back.
📋 Returning Items
We can arrange returns (especially for defective items or international cases).
- The item must be unused and in resellable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of approval and shipped back within 7 days.
💰 Refund Timing
- PayPal/Credit cards: Processed within 3 business days.
- Bank cards: May take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
- Store credit or replacement items: Issued immediately after approval.
