Return Windows

  • United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand: 30 days from delivery

  • South America, Middle East, India, Africa: 60 days from delivery


Return Conditions

  • Unused, unwashed, original packaging

  • Resalable condition

  • Customer pays return shipping unless item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Custom / print-on-demand items are not returnable unless damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost.


How to Start a Return

Email support@yourmultiversepet.store with your order number and issue details.

Return requests must be submitted within the applicable return window.


Refund Processing

Refunds are issued 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds go to the original payment method.


Lost or Delayed Orders

  • Most regions: 30 days

  • Long-distance regions: 40 days

Eligible for replacement or refund.
